• Photo-to-video generation using AI technology
• Multiple dance templates and motion styles
• Video download in MP4 format
• Free tier and paid subscription plans

Processing Time: Video generation typically takes 5-15 minutes depending on video length and server load. We do not guarantee specific processing times.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Upload photos you do not have the right to use
• Upload photos of people without their consent (or guardian consent for minors)
• Create illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive others
• Generate NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit content
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Impersonate others or create content for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit our AI systems
• Use automated tools or bots to abuse the Service
• Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization

AI Content Moderation: Our AI models are designed to refuse generating content that violates these guidelines, including NSFW, violent, or illegal content. Attempts to bypass these safeguards may result in account termination.

5. Content Ownership and License

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating videos.

5.2 Generated Videos

You own the videos generated for you, subject to these Terms and your subscription plan. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photos you upload.

5.3 Our Service

AI Dog Dancing, including our AI models, templates, website, and platform, remains our exclusive property.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Plans

We offer Free, Basic, Creator, and Pro subscription plans with different features and credit allocations.

6.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6.3 Credits

Credits are used to generate videos. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period. Purchased credit packs do not expire.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Refund Policy

Credits and subscriptions are digital products that can be used immediately. Because provider costs are incurred when generation starts, refunds are generally limited once credits are delivered or used.

We can help with refunds or account credits in these cases:

• Failed generations: Credits are automatically refunded if video generation fails due to system errors
• Duplicate charges: Duplicate payments can be refunded after review
• Billing issues: Contact us if a charge looks incorrect and we will review it

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Credits already used for generation
• Partial subscription periods or unused subscription time after cancellation
• AI result preferences where the generation completed successfully
• Violation of our Terms of Service

8. Commercial Use

• Free/Basic Plans: Personal, non-commercial use only. Please credit "aidogdancing.app" when sharing publicly.
• Creator/Pro Plans: Commercial use is permitted. You must have rights to all uploaded photos.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Dog Dancing is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results, quality, or accuracy of generated videos
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• Specific processing or generation times

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Dog Dancing and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any content generated through the Service
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any third-party conduct on the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Dog Dancing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Unused credits will be forfeited
• Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law
