Before You Purchase
AI video generation uses digital credits that can be used immediately. Because provider costs are incurred when generation starts, purchases are generally not refundable once credits are used. We still review billing problems and failed generations fairly.
General Policy
AI Dog Dancing provides AI-powered video generation services using a credit-based system. Credits and subscriptions are digital products, so refunds are generally limited once credits are delivered or used. If something goes wrong with billing or a system-side generation failure, please contact us and we will help review it.
What We Can Help With
Automatic Credit Refund for Failed Generations
If video generation fails because of a system or provider error, credits are automatically returned to your account
Duplicate Payment Refund
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate charge after review
Subscription Cancellation
Cancel anytime. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period
Billing Support
If a payment looks incorrect, contact us with your account email and payment receipt so we can check it
Usually Not Refundable
Used Credits
Credits that have already been used for generation are generally not refundable
Unused Subscription Time
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but partial billing periods are generally not refunded
AI Result Preferences
AI results can vary by input photo, pose, lighting, and template. Failed generations are refunded automatically
